Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month via a “Google Meet” meeting from 6-6:45pm. Normal topics include: financial report, detention basin maintenance, real estate transactions, website & Facebook updates, and ongoing/new business. If you would like to attend, please contact us via our email account and we will provide the link to the meeting.
The 2027 Annual Meeting will be held the evening of September 8th. Mark your calendars and check back for more information.

It is confirmed – this year’s annual meeting will be held at 6:30pm on Wednesday, September 9th, rain or shine, at the Detention Basin at the intersection of Darwin Dr. and Provincial Dr.
We are going to try something different this year, and not have the meeting in August on a weekend. We are proposing to hold the annual meeting during the normal Board meeting timeslot on Wednesday, September 9th, 2026, but a little bit earlier (starting at 6:30 pm instead of 7:00 pm).

The annual meeting is when new board members and members-at-large are nominated and elected, so if you would like to nominate yourself or another homeowner for a position with the Board, make sure you are in attendance!
We were delighted to see twenty-two homeowners at this year’s annual meeting. The morning was beautiful. It is always a great way to meet new homeowners, say hello to folks you may not have seen in a while, and to ask questions. We hope to see you all next year!
