Board meetings are typically held the second Wednesday of the month via a “Google Meet” meeting from 7-8 pm. Normal topics include: financial report, detention pond maintenance, real estate transactions, website and facebook updates, and ongoing/new business. The annual meeting is when new board members and members-at-large are nominated and elected, so if you would like to nominate yourself or another homeowner for a position with the Board, make sure you are in attendance!
We were delighted to see twenty-two homeowners at this year’s annual meeting. The morning was beautiful. It is always a great way to meet new homeowners, say hello to folks you may not have seen in a while, and to ask questions. We hope to see you all next year! The 2024 dues reminder letter will be sent on January 15th 2024, and dues payments must be received by February 29th, 2024.
Over the last several years the payment date for your annual dues have been moving forward a couple months each year. The goal is to collect the funds at the beginning of the year so the funds are available to pay the bills for that respective year. This process is now completed. Starting in 2024 and subsequent years, dues are assessed on January 1st and are due the last day of February.
The board would like to thank the eight homeowners who attended this year’s annual meeting along with board members. A total of 16 homeowners were represented. We had excellent questions, good discussion, and voted in one new board member!
